“Talk” co-host and comedian/actress Aisha Tyler stopped by “The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson” on Wednesday (Dec. 4), where Ferguson brings up the Kardashian family, because “The Talk” talks about them sometimes when rehashing the day’s latest news.

Aisha says that she doesn’t really follow the Kardashians, but she does have something interesting to say about Kim Kardashian’s fiance Kanye West:

“I am friendly with Kanye, I was on the board of [his charity foundation] that focuses on bringing music into schools and helping kids learn,” says Tyler, agreeing with Ferguson that he’s a very talented man. “But he’s abandoned all that in favor of being the straight, black Liberace. And I don’t understand what’s happening. … I respect him as an artist and I like his ambition, but I just feel like he should get a smart phone and say everything that he’s going to say publicly into the phone and then listen back. Just for a moment.”

Ferguson cracks, “The views expressed by Aisha Tyler in no way reflect my views or the views of the great CBS corporation.”
