“Marvel’s Agents of SHIELD” will feature its core group of agents facing something horrifying in its upcoming sixth episode, “FZZT.” Fortunately they’ll have a familiar face to help them out.

Marvel Cinematic Universe stars like Cobie Smulders and Samuel L. Jackson already have made appearances on “Agents of SHIELD,” and now another MCU star is going to have his small screen debut. Titus Welliver, who appeared in the Marvel One Shot “Item 47,” will reprise his role as Agent Blake in this new episode. The above preview shows a quick flash of Blake as he advises Agent Coulson on the latest SHIELD threat.

The official synopsis for “FZZT” reads, “When floating bodies turn up, Coulson and the Agents of SHIELD must hunt down an elusive killer. No one is safe — not even the team.”

“Marvel’s Agents of SHIELD” will not have a new episode next Tuesday, Oct. 29. Instead, the pilot episode will replay. The Marvel series will return with “FZZT” on Nov. 5 at 8 p.m. ET.
