An investor in a Las Vegas nightclub partly owned by Eva Longoria is suing the “Desperate Housewives” star for at least $4 million. Mali Nachum, a former partner in the Beso nightclub in Vegas — which filed for bankruptcy last week — says Longoria lent him $1 million to invest in the club in 2009 and the repayment terms he set violate California’s usury laws. Longoria’s rep says the suit is meritless. [AP]

50 Cent is using Twitter to make a pretty penny. The rapper made $8.7 million by tweeting about H&H Imports, the company that owns TV Goods. “You can double your money right now. Just get what you can afford,” 50 tweeted. “They are no joke get in now.” The company’s stock shares jumped a whopping 290 percent on Monday (Jan. 10) following the tweets. [New York Post
