Meet your new Aquaman: Jason Momoa.
The “Game of Thrones” alum has denied any ties to taking on the role of Aquaman in “Batman Vs. Superman: Dawn Of Justice,” but HitFix is now reporting that Momoa is confirmed to play the aquatic superhero in Zack Snyder’s movie. Warner Bros., however, has yet to make any official announcement.
According to the site, Aquaman will show up in the movie for a small appearance, and he isn’t happy with Superman’s actions in “Man of Steel.” More specifically, he’s angry about what the World Engine did to the Indian Ocean. Should the movie be renamed “Batman Vs. Superman Vs. Aquaman?”
Aquaman will then return for Snyder’s “Justice League.”
“Batman Vs Superman: Dawn Of Justice” hits theaters May 6, 2016.
