Beyonce already has eight nominations for the 2014 MTV Video Music Awards, but not she also has a guaranteed trophy going home with her. MTV has announced the singer will receive the Michael Jackson Video Vanguard award during the show.
She will also take the VMA stage for the fourth time as a performer. It will be interesting to see if she follows in Justin Timberlake’s footsteps and reunites with Dentiny’s Child as part of the performance. Timberlake included *NSYNC in during his performance before accepting the same award in 2013.
The 2014 MTV Video Music Awards air on Sunday, Aug. 24, at 9 p.m. ET/PT on MTV.

You may have seen him as a pro-shark protester in "Sharknado 3." His eventual memoir will be called "You're Wrong, Here's Why..." TV words to live by: "I'm a firm believer that sometimes it's right to do the wrong thing."
