With only five people left in the current season of “The Biggest Loser,” it’s time for the competitors to step up their game and earn a spot in the finals. In the next episode, which airs Tuesday (Jan. 28), the final five compete in the “Biggest Loser Spring Triathalon,” with the winner advancing to the finals and being awarded a new Ford Fusion.
It’s not only physical challenges the final five are up against though, there are emotional ones as well. In a first look video from the episode, Bobby Saleem explains to Jillian Michaels the challenges he faces on a personal level, specifically the possibility of disappointing his parents, and the pressure it puts on him.
Michaels points out that giving into those fears leads to failure, which will leave him with regret. After recounting some of the reasons he thinks they were disappointed in the past, she tells him, “Your parents still love you and everyone’s still standing.”
“The Biggest Loser” airs Tuesdays at 8 p.m. ET on NBC.
