Carson also says it’s a great workout.

“Everyone tells you that it’s a very challenging show and you’re going
to lose lots of weight  and be in the best shape ever, and it basically
is. I’m not down to my birth weight yet, but I’m going
to keep dancing,” says Kressley.

“It’s a great form of exercise that I’d recommend to everyone watching. My words of wisdom are, try something new.  Life is short.
Have fun, dance to the music and enjoy it,” he continues.

Carson also tweets his praise and the above picture of himself and fellow contestant Ricki Lake.

  • “I just have to say #DWTS was the best experience ever. I will miss all of the pros and stars. I love you all.”
  • “And a world of thanks to the best partner in guy could ask for @atrebunskaya !!! I will cherish my time with you. I love you.”
  • “And a world of thanks to all the fan who voted and showered us with love !!”
