Zap2it has an exciting exclusive announcement for TLC viewers — “Four Weddings” is returning with a new season on Friday, Aug. 15.

To kick off the fifth season, the premiere episode marks the 100-episode milestone for “Four Weddings,” introducing a season that promises to be full of jaw-dropping weddings. Season 5 will include everything from a horror movie-themed wedding to a wedding at a flying trapeze school (a preview of which you watch above).

The 16-episode run will air two back-to-back episodes every Friday night for eight weeks, featuring competitive brides from coast to coast. Each episode features four brides who have agreed to attend and judge each other’s weddings on the basis of dress, venue, food and overall experience. The winning bride wins a luxury honeymoon package.

For Season 5, for the first time ever, fans can join in with live Facebook polling during each episode, with real-time results being displayed on air. TLC will also launch a “Watch ‘n Win” sweepstakes for the viewers, with one lucky fan winning an all-expense paid trip for two to New York City to be VIP guests at Bridal Fashion Week in October. More information can be found next week at the official site.
