Let’s face it, there’s no real good way to break bad news, however getting it on live TV might be one of the worst.
Fox News correspondent Megyn Kelly was unexpectedly the first to tell South Dakota Senate candidate Annette Bosworth, she’d lost the Republican primary.
Bosworth thought she would be appearing on “The Kelly File” to talk about the hate speech and discrimination she had dealt with during her campaign, so needless to say she got quite a surprise when she learned of her loss on live TV.
Bosworth responded to the news with a shocked, “That’s news to me. I didn’t know that. I found out on national television.”
