Haley Reinhart came out firing on all cylinders for the “American Idol” Top 3 performance night. Her first number was “What Is and What Should Never Be” by Led Zeppelin, which is hard enough in and of itself. But Ms. Haley did it on stiletto heels while running around the stage like a total showman.

She paid a bit of it, as she took a tumble at one point. But she got right back up and kept going, to oodles of praise from the judges. They loved not only her performance, but also her gumption. Tyler said it’s not how many times you fall, it’s how many times you get back up.

We think Haley was an easy winner of the first round of songs for the Top 3. What did you think? Also, how great was it that her dad got to rock out on the electric guitar as backup for her? Adorable. Backstage, her dad called her his “little rock ‘n roll baby” and that he wished he could’ve picked her up when she fell. Aww.
