Halle Berry‘s nanny, Alliance Kamdem, was denied a restraining order
request on January 24 against Gabriel Aubry, the father of Berry’s
daughter Nahla, according to On the Red Carpet. The LAPD is currently in the midst of an investigation into criminal battery and child endangerment against Aubry.
Kamdem alleges that when she went to pick Nahla up from school, she was told that the child had never showed up. Kamdem says went to Aubry’s home and picked up Nahla, asking why he hadn’t taken her to school. It was then that Aubry went on a racist rant, cursing at Kamden and pushing her with the child in her arms. She also claims that this wasn’t the first incident of this kind.
A judge denied her request for the restraining order and said it is
“insufficient and speculative.” The judge added that concerns should be
resolved in family court. Berry and Aubry are currently involved in a custody battle over their 3-year-old daughter.
