james blunt getty James Blunt to play for Prince William, Kate Middleton's Royal WeddingBritish singer James Blunt will be performing at the Royal Wedding on April 29 – but he won’t be regaling Prince William and Kate Middleton with any of his radio hits.

“I’m actually playing. I’m not singing, I’m playing the church organ there,” Blunt tells Italian news channel SkyTG24 during a concert stop in Italy. Blunt is in Italy on tour to promote his new album, “Some Kind of Trouble.”

Huh. We didn’t actually know James Blunt played the organ, which is actually quite different (and from what we understand, quite a bit harder) than playing the piano. So playing the organ in Westminster Abbey for a wedding between the eventual King of England and his bride-to-be? Not a bad gig.
