If you’re playing the circle game with Jennifer Lawrence, don’t pull your punches or she will call you on it. That’s a lesson Hugh Jackman learned while filming “X-Men: Days of Future Past.”
The rules of the circle game are simple. You make a ring out of your thumb and index finger and hold it below your waist. If someone looks down at it, you get to punch them. It’s a game Lawrence started playing with her “Hunger Games” co-stars, and now it follows the actress wherever she goes.
“I was trained by Jennifer,” Jackman says during an appearance on “Late Night with Seth Meyers.” When the time finally came that he tricked her into looking, Jackman says, “I punched her and she goes, ‘Don’t do that.'” Jackman, it seems, didn’t know how hard he was supposed to hit Lawrence, so he kept it nice and light. “Don’t patronize me,” she demanded.
“It was a very awkward moment,” he remembers. “How hard do you hit a woman who is one of the biggest movie stars in the world?”

You may have seen him as a pro-shark protester in "Sharknado 3." His eventual memoir will be called "You're Wrong, Here's Why..." TV words to live by: "I'm a firm believer that sometimes it's right to do the wrong thing."
