In a rather brilliant idea, the guys at The Solid Verbal have spliced in many clips of Alex Trebek uttering various phrases on “Jeopardy” like he is doing the color commentary for the highlights from the 2010 Stanford-Oregon game.

It’s hilarious to hear his even-keeled demeanor and delivery calling touchdowns and fumbles. We particularly liked “look away until it’s violent end,” “that adds to your lead,” and “a cluster of people, the hinged barrier at the entrance.”

Just a fun little internet gem. Don’t you love this age of technology?
