Jerry Seinfeld and Larry David can’t seem to stay out of the news. After Seinfeld shared news of their secret project, which is reportedly a Broadway play, the world is excited for the show about nothing again.
Things were taken another step further though, when the comedian and his “Seinfeld” co-star Jason Alexander were seen entering Tom’s Restaurant, a major location on the series. Twitter user Ali Philippides got a photo of the two actors at the eatery and Gothamist reports that filming was taking place inside.
There’s also video of David leaving the restaurant later, making the reunion even more curious. There’s no telling what the trio were working on inside Tom’s, which was referred to as Monk’s Diner on the series.
Theories range from the idea that they’re filming an episode of “Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee” to maybe shooting a Super Bowl commercial. However, what’s clear is more than 15 years after it ended, fans are still excited for anything “Seinfeld”-related.
