justin bieber sued photographer gun bodyguard Justin Bieber sued by photographer claiming gun carrying bodyguard attacked him at Bieber's urgingJustin Bieber and his bodyguards have been involved in several scuffles recently with would-be picture takers, both in Miami and in Hollywood. Now one of the Miami photographers is suing the Biebs and his bodyguard.

TMZ reports that photographer Jeffrey Binion has filed a police report for a June 5 incident wherein he claims Bieber’s bodyguards attacked him while he was trying to take Bieber’s photograph outside the Hit Factory recording studio in Miami.

Binion has also filed a lawsuit against Bieber and bodyguard Hugo Hesny, claiming that at Bieber’s urging, Hesny threw Binion against a wall, grabbed him by the throat and “displayed a gun” that was under his shirt, while the other bodyguards took the memory card from his camera.

Binion is suing for bodily injury, pain and suffering, mental anguish and the medical expenses incurred from the alleged attack. His lawyer, Russell S. Adler, says, “Justin Bieber is now an adult, and he should act like one.
He needs to learn that he cannot use bodyguards as weapons to harm
innocent people. Bieber’s violent behavior toward photographers must
end, and he should take responsibility for his actions.”

“No amount of fame or fortune justifies Bieber’s shameful and
outrageous conduct. To send him that message and deter his misbehavior
in the future, we will seek punitive damages against him as allowed by
Florida law,” Adler adds.

Bieber is also currently under investigation for an alleged battery incident involving his neighbor, which occurred during a confrontation about Bieber’s supposed reckless driving in the Calabasas neighborhood where they both live.

After the way 2013 has gone so far for Bieber, maybe someone should take Adler’s quote of “Justin Bieber is now an adult, and he should act like one” and stitch it on a pillow for the pop star.
