The hits just keep on coming for Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Edition model Kate Upton, who set the Internet into a dither with her bikini-clad version of the “Cat Daddy” on Monday (April 30). Now the 19-year-old model is set to be immortalized with her own Topps trading card.
Upton will be included in the Allen & Ginter’s World Champions set which, according to Sports Business Digest, is a 350-card set due to hit the collectible card scene in July.
“[The set] will feature a myriad of baseball stars from today and yesterday, special ‘mini’ insert cards, and framed ‘Relic’ cards of MLB legends. Also included, are autographed cards of famous baseball players (Stan Musial, Albert Pujols, Willie Mays) and numerous non-baseball celebs including Upton along with other notable celebrities including Bobby Knight, Erin Andrews and Arnold Palmer.”
Sure, Upton fits right in with that crew.
But wait, there’s more: Upton will also provide a “yet-unrevealed piece of clothing” to be cut up and the pieces placed into Relic cards, reports ESPN Playbook.
