It’s a box office battle between four brand new movies, all competing for your hard-earned dollars. While “Kick-Ass 2” may be the odds-on favorite to make the most money for the weekend, there’s plenty to see. Also debuting are “Lee Daniels’ The Butler,”“Jobs,” starring Ashton Kutcher, and the high-tech thriller “Paranoia.”
The summer movie season is starting to wind down, and there aren’t many big weekends left before fall arrives. August 23 should also be something of a battle, with three big releases coming (“The World’s End,” “The Mortal Instruments: City of Bones” and “You’re Next”).
So, if you’re headed down to the theater to see something, which of these four is most likely to be your choice? Take a look at the trailers below and let your voice be heard in the poll.
“Kick-Ass 2” (Warning: strong language and violence)
Chris E. Hayner is equal parts nerd, crazy person and coffee. He watches too much TV, knows more about pro wrestling than you do and remembers every single show from the TGIF lineup. You may have seen him as a pro-shark protester in "Sharknado 3." His eventual memoir will be called "You're Wrong, Here's Why..." TV words to live by: "I'm a firm believer that sometimes it's right to do the wrong thing."
