On the next “Last Comic Standing,” the challenge rounds kick off with a very special guest. “Curb Your Enthusiasm” and “Suburgatory” star Cheryl Hines will be on hand to mentor the Top 10 as they make an attempt at sketch comedy.
Zap2it has your first look at the challenge. While the comedians are comfortable on stage, behind a microphone, things change a bit when it comes to acting and reading cue cards. As can be seen in the exclusive clip above, it’s Monroe Martin who has the most trouble. At least he realizes it before it’s too late, though.
Going forward, the show will welcome mentors like Howie Mandel, Wanda Sykes and Jeff Ross as the field is narrowed to find America’s “Last Comic Standing.” Tune in and see how well the finalists tackle the sketch comedy challenge Thursday (June 26) at 10 p.m. ET/PT on NBC.

You may have seen him as a pro-shark protester in "Sharknado 3." His eventual memoir will be called "You're Wrong, Here's Why..." TV words to live by: "I'm a firm believer that sometimes it's right to do the wrong thing."
