lindsay lohan rehab completed gi Lindsay Lohan successfully completed rehab, says court

A Los Angeles court ruled that Lindsay Lohan successfully completed her court-ordered rehab sentence. The actress left Cliffside Malibu Rehab Center on July 30, and a judge on the case agreed that she did it in compliance with what the court demanded.

“It does appear that Ms. Lohan has successfully completed the court-ordered residential treatment,” Judge James R. Dabney says.

Still, Lohan’s time being treated isn’t over. The court is demanding she have three 50-minute psychiatric sessions per week for a total of 18 months. That time is being backdated to May 2 when she entered rehab, so the sessions will come to an end on Nov. 3, 2014. Her proof of completion hearing for that will be held on Nov. 6, 2014.

The court is being a bit lenient with Lohan, potentially because she did such a good job completing this rehab stint. The court-ordered psychiatric sessions can be done in-person when she is in Los Angeles, but also will be approved if she does them over Skype while she’s out of town. Similarly, her community labor requirements can be done in New York City, which looks to be her primary area of residence going forward.

Lohan wasn’t on-hand for this hearing, but her attorney Shawn Holley was. Yesterday Lohan was photographed leaving rehab, and it’s believed she will stay in Los Angeles for a few days with a sober coach to help her ease back into the real world and all of its temptations.
