AMC has released the premiere dates for its 2014 slate of dramas, starting with “Turn,” the new scripted drama about America’s first spy ring. Set during the Revolutionary War, “Turn” will kick off with a 90-minute premiere on Sunday, April 6 at 9 p.m. ET/PT.
“Mad Men” will then return one week later, when the first half of Season 7 launches on Sunday, April 13 at 10 p.m. The second half of Season 7 will premiere a year later, in spring 2015.
In summer 2014, look for “Halt and Catch Fire,” which chronicles the rise of the personal computer era in the 1980s, to premiere in June, followed by Season 4 of “Hell on Wheels” later in the summer.
In the fall, “The Walking Dead” will return for Season 5 in October along with its after-show, “Talking Dead,” which has been picked up for a fifth season. Season 4 of the zombie drama returns Sunday, Feb. 9 at 9 p.m.
“Breaking Bad” spinoff “Better Call Saul” is launching in November, with a specific day being announced at a later time. The spinoff series will show the evolution of lawyer Saul Goodman (Bob Odenkirk) before Walter White came into his life.
Unscripted premieres include “Game of Arms” on Feb. 25, and “Small Town Security” and “Freakshow” return in May.
