Wedding bells have rung for Mila Kunis and Ashton Kutcher — at least that’s what the new “Late Late Show” host James Corden deduces in his premiere episode.
Kunis joins Tom Hanks as Corden’s first guests on the show, which premieres Monday (March 23) on CBS. Corden asks Kunis point-blank if she and Kutcher are married. She replies with “maybe,” but Corden accurately points out that you either aren’t married or you are.
Corden decides to go to the ultimate source — Kunis’ right hand. After checking out her ring finger he announces to the audience that she is in fact married. She never fully admits it but accepts Corden’s congratulations as they go to commercial break.
The couple welcomed their first child, Wyatt Isabelle, in October 2014 but have stayed very quiet to the press about officially tying the knot.
Corden plans to celebrate anyway by throwing Kunis a wedding party, but everyone will have to tune into the full talk show to see how that goes down.
If Corden is breaking one of the biggest celebrity stories in Hollywood in his first show, he’s off to a really good start. “The Late Late Show” airs at 12:37 a.m. ET/PT weeknights on CBS.
