Have you always wanted to watch a confused Reese Witherspoon sing Christmas carols with the lyrics replaced by random phrases? “The Tonight Show” has you covered.

Above, Witherspoon gamely tries to partake in Jimmy Fallon’s holiday-themed game, but has a little trouble remembering the tune of “Silent Night.” She makes up for it on “Deck the Halls,” which reminds us all to “squeeze the cheese and poke the pony” this holiday season. Is it literal or a euphemism? Eh, it’s funny either way.

Below, the actress reveals her Thanksgiving turkey secret — bacon. She wraps her entire turkey in bacon and pops it in the oven, which sounds amazing.

In talking about her new movie “Wild,” which is based on the true story of a woman making an 1,100-mile journey on foot by herself, Witherspoon also reveals that her only experience backpacking was a seventh-grade trip where she got Larry Underwood to carry her backpack for her by promising to kiss him behind the tents. ‘Atta girl.

“Wild” opens in limited release Friday, Dec. 5.
