Rob Kardashian‘s recent fight with a photographer has not turned out well for the “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” star. After he was sued for allegedly attacking a Los Angeles photographer named Andra Viak and stealing her camera equipment, it’s being reported that Kardashian has been charged with battery and petty theft.
TMZ reports that Kardashian defended himself by saying Viak was trespassing on private property, but it doesn’t seem like that held up in court. According to Viak, Kardashian lashed out after she snapped a shirtless picture of him. Both of the charges leveled against Kardashian are misdemeanors.
Viak claims she was taking pictures of Kardashian in the “public parking lot of a local gym,” not a private area. When she was seen snapping photos, she alleges that she was “struck in the face and suffered severe contusions on her arm and chest, as well as damage to her property” as a result of Kardashian’s “violent use of force,” Huffington Post reports. Even though she told Kardashian she’d show him how to delete the images, he allegedly took her camera’s memory card and said, “I’ll pay you when I see you.”
