Next time you eat at Chipotle, you could be joined by some famous stars for your meal.
No, you won’t actually be eating with “Saturday Night Live” alum Bill Hader or comedian Sarah Silverman, but you can read some of their original work … on your cup or paper take-out bag. Chipotle’s new ad campaign from novelist Jonathan Safran Foer comes from the mind of 10 celebrity authors and comedians like Hader, Silverman, Judd Apatow and more, People reports.
Foer asked each celebrity to write short pieces that are printed on paper cups and takeout bags, surrounded by Chipotle’s brand of hand-drawn graphics that correspond to each story. The celebrity-created cups/bags are called the “Cultivating Thought” collection.
Silverman’s “Two-Minute Index” is a bunch of random thoughts like “A bull in pretty much any shop is gonna be a mess,” “Saying “RELAX” is maybe the least relaxing word you can say to someone” and “Some of the most misogynistic men I know are women.” Hader’s “Two-Minute Recipe for the Perfect Fountain Drink” is a recipe for — you guessed it — how to make the perfect mixed drink of every pop flavor in a fountain dispenser.
The bags and cups are available in most Chipotle restaurants now.
