Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi has come a long way from boozing it up and chowing down on pickles on “Jersey Shore.” The new mom has turned into a svelte twinkle toes on “Dancing With the Stars,” which she partially credits for her weight loss.
“Dancing is an amazing workout,” Polizzi tells Life & Style. “It’s helping me keep my legs and everything else toned. I’m a size 0 and d*** proud of it!”
“I used to hate going to the gym, but now I love it. I lift very heavy weights, and I’m strong,” she continues, saying that she has been training five times a week for 90 minutes with trainer Anthony Michael and then adding cardio on her own.
Plus — she doesn’t drink anymore. Those empty calories are a killer.
