“Sons of Anarchy” creator Kurt Sutter put a different spin on his latest video blog, taking fans behind the scenes of Crew Appreciation Day on the show’s set. Every year Kurt and the cast gather the show’s crew to celebrate them with a nice lunch, prizes and more.
The video shows a side of Sutter many don’t see, as he’s all smiles and full of excitement while talking to his wife about the event. The video then covers the lunch and raffle, where crew members win everything from iPods to gift cards.
The show’s cast members, from Charlie Hunnam (Jax) on down also gets their opportunity to thank the crew for their hard work on the show. “We’ve all been here doing this for a while now and it’s certainly for me been one of the greatest creative experiences of my life,” Hunnam says. “It’s always about the people that make the experience rich and you guys are just the f***ing best. So, I really love you all and thank you very much.”
“Sons of Anarchy” airs Tuesdays at 10 p.m. ET on FX.

Chris E. Hayner is equal parts nerd, crazy person and coffee. He watches too much TV, knows more about pro wrestling than you do and remembers every single show from the TGIF lineup. You may have seen him as a pro-shark protester in "Sharknado 3." His eventual memoir will be called "You're Wrong, Here's Why..." TV words to live by: "I'm a firm believer that sometimes it's right to do the wrong thing."
