Looks like justice will be served when it comes to “Teen Mom” Jenelle Evans, who was captured on film in a violent attack against a friend.
Evans was arrested on Sunday (Mar. 28) along with “friends” Britany Truett and Brittany Magard. Truett, the victim of Evans’ attack and Magard, the class act that pushed Evans into Truett in the first place. According to TMZ, all three girls were released on bond.
Evans’ lawyer says that the warrant was issued after police saw the video, originally posted on TMZ. Truett, who initially claimed she would not be pressing charges, apparently changed her mind over the weekend.
According to Evans’ attorney, “Based on the information that I have received, I believe Jenelle was set up.”
So what does ‘pusher’ Magard have to say about the incident?
“Yeah I instigated it, but what the hell are we supposed to do? I wanted to see them fight,” she tells TMZ. How awesome…
In the cherry on top of this deliciously white-trash sundae — Kieffer Delp, Evans’ ex and the man behind that nasty cat-fight, was arrested the same day. Reportedly the police had a warrant based on a cocaine charge from last year. He was spotted at Evans’ house at the time of her arrest.
