Kristen Johnston‘s “The Exes” character is dating young in the upcoming “The Hand That Robs the Cradle” episode. That makes sense. After all, what woman wouldn’t want to date a younger man — especially if he looked like “Teen Wolf” star, Tyler Posey?

In the episode airing on Aug. 21, Holly (Johnston) decides to start dating a much younger man. The young fellow (Posey) is a law student — could this be a legitimate relationship? Meanwhile, Phil (Donald Faison) and Eden (Kelly Stables) evaluate their relationship, and Stuart (David Alan Basche) convinces Haskell (Wayne Knight) to pursue his crush.

After they taped their episode together, Johnston and Posey presented their “top 10” lists for dating a younger man and a mature woman. The video itself is rather entertaining, but you might be too busy for such things. If that is the case, here are the lists (more or less):

Top 10 reasons to date a younger man

10. “You get to show off a few tricks in the bedroom — like how to make the bed.”
9. “You get the thrill of exposing them to ‘unknown’ bands …” (like The Beatles)
8. “You don’t have to worry about remembering their birthday. It was probably the same year as you lost your virginity.”
7. “They have a lot of energy.”
6. “They’re impressed easily.”
5. “That naughty biological clock stops going off since you now have that kid you always wanted.”
4. “You save money on cab fare when they take you home on their skateboard.”
3. “You can always win an argument by threatening to ground them.”
2. “Free tech support.”
1. “Your parents will be …”

Top 10 reasons to date a mature woman

10. “They can teach you so many cool things about history!”
9. “It’s so funny when they talk about life before computers.”
8. “They’ve spent 21 years learning how to blow your mind in bed.”
7. “One word: Naptime.”
6. “When they have a party, you don’t have to worry about waking up on the front lawn …”
5. “They don’t wanna have kids!”
4. “When your car’s in the shop, they’re old enough to rent you a new one.”
3. “No drama …”
2. “Starting the party early.”
1. “Your parents will be …”

Sorry, but you really need to watch the video for the punch lines of the number one reasons (and some of the others).

Tyler Posey’s episode of “The Exes” airs Wednesday, Aug. 21 at 10:30pm.
