It can’t be to fun to be on “The Voice,” trying to prove to America that you’re a star, and have your coach take the stage and upstage you, but that’s exactly what happened on Monday’s (May 6) episode. During the first live show of the season, which saw coaches Adam Levine and Usher‘s teams hit the stage, the superstar coaches teamed up for a performance that brought down the house.

Singing together on a duet for the first time ever, Levine and Usher tackled Stevie Wonder‘s “Superstition” with rousing success. Not surprisingly, their voices melded perfectly together and they seemed to be having a ton of fun. The sizable horn section was a terrific touch, as were Usher’s dance moves.

While their artists mustn’t have enjoyed being showed up, the number was a treat for America. Watch the performance above and let us know, “Voice” fans: Did you love the duet?
