“The Voice” is debuting two new coaches in the fall and Monday (May 5), they took to the stage for a performance. Watch above as Gwen Stefani and Pharrell Williams perform Stefani’s popular 2005 earworm “Hollaback Girl.”

The two will take over for Shakira and Usher in the fall when “The Voice” kicks off its seventh season. They told “Today” this week that their philosophy is making it all about the contestants. It’s about helping them realize their potential — how “rad” they already are, says Pharrell — and it’s not about them as already-famous musicians.

What do you think, “Voice” fans? Will Gwen and Pharrell make good coaches? “The Voice” airs Monday and Tuesday nights at 8 p.m. ET/PT on NBC.
