The first trailer for the star-studded movie “This Is Where I Leave You” hit the web on Wednesday (May 28). Based on the novel by Jonathan Tropper and adapted by Tropper himself, the film boasts an incredible cast of stars like Jason Bateman, Tina Fey, Adam Driver, Rose Byrne, Corey Stoll, Kathryn Hahn, Connie Britton, Timothy Olyphant, Dax Shepard and Jane Fonda and revolves around a family that gives new meaning to the word “dysfunctional.”
When the family patriarch dies, the mother (Fonda) gathers all her children and their significant others for the funeral and to honor her husband’s dying wish: To live under the same roof for one week.
The trailer shows off the brilliant and talented comedy and drama skills of the movie’s top-billed stars like Bateman (fresh off a devastating breakup and sporting some serious facial hair), Fey (she gets to punch Shepard!), and Fonda (rocking some “bionic” breasts), but after watching the full 2:30 clip, there’s one glaring mistake: No Connie Britton?
