tim tebow plans gi Tim Tebow plans to be at New York Jets voluntary workouts report

Though the New York Jets don’t seem to have a place for him, Tim Tebow plans to attend voluntary workout sessions with the team if he’s still on the roster, according to a writer for the New York Post. Following the 2012 season, it’s been reported that the team was looking to trade Tebow away.
He’s one of five quarterbacks on the roster, and saw very little play last season. However, there hasn’t been a ton of interest in Tebow, with even the Jacksonville Jaguars, his hometown team, removing themselves as a possibility.
One team that does want Tebow is the Orlando Predators of the Arena Football League. Team owner Brett Bouchy commented in March that the Predators would gladly sign him.
The few times Tebow was allowed to play during the 2012 season, he didn’t do so bad. Of his eight thrown passes, he connected with six of them for 39 yards. He also ran the ball for 102 yards over 32 plays. The Jets ended the season with a record of 6-10.
