– The final season of “True Blood” and the inaugural season of “The Leftovers” are coming to HBO in June. “The Leftovers” — “Lost” co-creator Damon Lindelof’s adaptation of Tom Perrotta’s novel — will debut first, following the “Game of Thrones” season finale on June 15. “True Blood” will follow a week later on June 22; here’s the first teaser for the final season:

– Wil Wheaton will host a 12-episode summer series for Syfy called “The Wil Wheaton Project.” The show is described as a “fast-paced, lighthearted exploration and celebration of all things within the realm of science fiction and genre entertainment.” Wheaton’s show will premiere Tuesday, May 27 at 10 p.m.

– Channing Tatum will receive the third annual “MTV Trailblazer Award”
at the 2014 MTV Movie Awards on Sunday, April 13 at 9 p.m. Tatum is the
first male actor (and first non-Emma) to receive the honor, following
Emma Watson and Emma Stone in previous years. Mila Kunis, Tatum’s
co-star in the upcoming “Jupiter Ascending.”

“Justified” alum David Meunier will recur on TNT’s new series “Legends,” about a deep-cover operative (Sean Bean) who takes on a different persona with each job. In what’s described as a “major arc,” Meunier will play a high-school chemistry teacher whose shadowy past comes to light when he’s abducted by gunmen. [THR]

– There seem to be a lot of women Duggar fans out there. The “19 Kids and Counting” Season 8 premiere Tuesday (April 1) led its timeslot among all key women demographics and was the show’s highest-rated season premiere ever among women 25-54. Its total audience was 2.3 million.

– The upcoming Netflix family drama from the creators of “Damages” has added two more actors to its cast. The show centers around four siblings — played by Kyle Chandler, Linda Cardellini, Ben Mendelsohn and Norbert Leo Butz — who unearth some dark family secrets when Mendelsohn’s character returns home after a long absence. “Without a Trace” alum Enrique Murciano has been tapped to play Cardellini’s boyfriend, while Katie Finneran (“The Michael J. Fox Show” will play Butz’s wife.
