“America’s Got Talent” came out on top once again this week, but its total-viewer margin of victory was smaller than normal, as half its broadcast was up against a special Tuesday night episode of “Bachelor in Paradise.”

The ABC reality show was up over its Monday night episode from this week and also up over last week’s “Extreme Weight Loss,” which normally airs in this timeslot on Tuesdays. NBC’s “Food Fighters” was also up slightly this week.

NBC still came out on top of the total-viewers race with 7.8 million viewers and a 4.7 rating/8 share in households. CBS lineup of reruns was second with 6.8 million and a 4.5/8, followed by ABC (4.5 million and a 3.1/5), FOX (1.4 million and a 1.0/2) and The CW (641,000, 0.4/1).

In the adults 18-49 demographic, NBC also came out on top with a 1.8, but ABC was up a bit of its rating last week, earning a 1.2 for second place. Third went to CBS at 0.8, then FOX at 0.6 and The CW at 0.2.
