bachelorette finale desiree TV ratings: 'Bachelorette' rises Monday while 'Under the Dome' stays on topFast National ratings for Monday, July 29, 2013

Part one of “The Bachelorette” finale scored improved ratings Monday, helping ABC lead the night among adults 18-49. It did not, however, grow enough to push “Under the Dome” (which was down slightly) out of its perch as the night’s top show across the board.

“The Bachelorette” also helped “Mistresses” improve a little on its performance from a week ago. NBC’s “American Ninja Warrior” and “Get Out Alive with Bear Grylls” were both down a bit.

ABC (6.6 million viewers, 4.5 rating/7 share in households) edged CBS (6.5 million, 4.2/7) for the overall lead in primetime. NBC was a bit off the pace in third with 3.6 million viewers and a 2.1/4. FOX (1.5 million, 1.0/2) came in fourth, and The CW (725,000, 0.5/1) trailed.

ABC also led the 18-49 demographic with a 2.0 rating. CBS finished second in the demo with a 1.7, followed by NBC at 1.1. FOX posted a 0.5 and The CW a 0.2.
