It’s a slow night indeed when no network averages over 5.4 million viewers. The lead show of the night was a rerun of “CSI,” followed by the second hour of “Masterchef,”

FOX led Wednesday with 5.4 million viewers and a 3.4 rating/6 share in households. CBS was close behind at 5.3 million, 3.7/6. NBC was third with 4.3 million viewers and a 3.0/5, then ABC at 3.9 million viewers and a 2.6/4 and the CW at 1.2 million viewers and a 0.8/1.

The adults 18-49 demo also went to FOX with a 2.2 rating, followed by CBS and ABC tied at 1.1, NBC at 0.9 and the CW at 0.4
