ABC’s “Motive” Season 2 finale was down slightly from a week ago and down a million viewers from its first season finale a year ago, while on NBC, the first semifinal results show of “America’s Got Talent” Season 9 was up slightly over lat week’s results show.

On CBS, “Big Brother” was also up over last week and once again was tops in the 18-49 demographic, and the second week of two “Extant” episodes continued to pay off for CBS, as the first hour was up and the second hour held steady over last week’s two episodes. On FOX, the Top 4 on “So You Think You Can Dance” saw a slight rise in its ratings as well.

NBC took the total viewers crown, earning 6.5 million viewers and a 4.1 rating/7 share in households, with CBS nipping at its heels with 6.1 million and a 3.8/7. ABC was third with 4 million viewers and a 2.7/5, followed by FOX at 3.6 million and a 2.3/4 and The CW at 1.2 million and a 0.7/1.

In the adults 18-49 demo, CBS was tops with 1.5, followed by NBC (1.2), ABC and FOX tied at 1.1 and The CW (0.3).

The CW: “Penn & Teller: Fool Us” (1.72 million, 1.1/2)

NBC: “America’s Got Talent” (9.3 million, 5.7/10)
CBS: “Extant” (5.8 million, 3.7/6)
ABC: “Modern Family” reruns – two episodes (4.5 million, 2.9/5)
FOX: “So You Think You Can Dance” (3.6 million, 2.3/4)
The CW: “The 100” rerun (618,000, 0.4/1)
