– Calling all “Sailor Moon” fans: Hulu is set to stream the Japanese Anime classic, bringing it back to U.S. audiences for the first time in 10 years. The first four episodes, uncut and remastered, will begin streaming on the site starting Monday (May 19) thanks a new deal, and Hulu will then add two new episodes of the 200-episode series every Monday after that. The episodes will be subtitled. Watch the official announcement below:

– “Marvel’s Agent Carter,” ABC’s midseason replacement for “Marvel’s Agents of SHIELD” in the fall 2014-15 season, will only run for eight episodes. “I think over the arc of the eight episodes, there will be a very different facet to who she is which won’t disappoint the fans in making sure she has a story within herself as well as the stories of each episode,” Hayley Atwell says on ABC’s Upfronts 2014 red carpet.  [Marvel]

“The Carbonaro Effect” premiered with some good ratings for truTV: The Michael Carbonaro-starring magic series launched with 1.2 million viewers. Of those TV watchers, 631,000 were adults 18-49 and 326,000 were adults 18-34, with a median age of only 38. The show airs Thursdays at 10 p.m. ET/PT on truTV.

– AMC has greenlit three new unscripted series: “All-Star Celebrity Bowling,” an untitled Billy Corgan “wrestling project” and “Visionaries” (working title). Chris Hardwick’s web series “All-Star Celebrity Bowling” will be making it to the small screen on AMC for an eight 30-minute episode Season 1. The series follows two celebrity casts facing off each week. In the pilot, Jon Hamm and the cast of “Mad Men” bowl against Hardwick and the Nerdist team.
The Billy Corgan series will have an eight 60-minute episode Season 1. The docuseries follows Smashing Pumpkins’ Corgan as creative director of Resistance Pro, a Chicago-based wrestling league. Another docuseries, “Visionaries,” will have a six 30-minute episode Season 1 as it follows the employees of Vision Scenery as they construct Hollywood sets, props and models.
“Marvel’s Agents of SHIELD’s” resident traitor Brett Dalton has booked himself an independent film during his time off before Season 2. He’ll join “Castle’s” Stana Katic in “The Tourist,” where he’ll play Eric Lazard, a “heartbroken former college football star who gets in over his head with a dangerous Florentine sport and an alluring local woman.” The movie is written and directed by Evan Oppenheimer.
