“Call of Duty” is releasing its latest iteration for the XBox gaming system later this year and details have started to emerge about the 11th installation, including a trailer that introduces a startlingly realistic-looking Kevin Spacey as the game’s antagonist.

Watch above as the “House of Cards” star Frank Underwoods his way around a command center, spouting, “Democracy? Democracy. Democracy’s not what these people need. Hell, it’s not even what they want. America’s been trying to install democracies in nations for a century and it hasn’t worked one time.”

There’s also a short teaser trailer here where Spacey intones, “Ideas don’t determine who’s right. Power determines who’s right. And I have the power, so I’m right,” which is an Underwood aside to the camera if we ever heard one. The description of the game also teases, “In the last 20 years, global combat has seen a steady shift towards the use of private military corporations, or PMCs. What happens when the highest bidder becomes the world’s next superpower?”

“Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare” is out Nov. 4, 2014.
