Monday (April 7) on “Jimmy Kimmel Live,” host Jimmy Kimmel welcomed three nationally certified sign language interpreters to the stage to do battle signing a Wiz Khalifa song. Yes, a sign language rap battle.

The women have all signed for artists like Wu Tang Clan, Beastie Boys, Snoop Dogg, Eminem, Lil Wayne and more. For “JKL,” they are signing the song “Black and Yellow.”

Khalifa comes out and says he will not clean up the lyrics for this event and later, when asked if he’s ever had a sign language interpreter on stage at his concerts, Khalifa says, “Yeah, sometimes I get, like, pretty stoned. I can’t remember.” Heh.

The women all do a terrific job, though we would pick the middle girl, whose name we can’t hear Kimmel say at the start of the video because the applause is too loud. But we really liked how into it she was — not that the other women, Holly and Amber, didn’t do a great job too. Kudos all around!
