Megan Fox and Brian Austin Green on the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles premiere red carpet

Divorces are always tricky, but there’s a new wrinkle in the Brian Austin Green-Megan Fox split.

TMZ reports that Green may receive spousal support from Fox in the divorce settlement, stemming from the after-effects of a car accident the two were involved in in December 2014.

Green is reportedly suffering terrible vertigo as a result of the crash, which has left him unable to work. Vertigo sufferers experience extreme dizziness that can cause nausea, vomiting and difficulty moving around. TMZ alleges that Green’s is so severe that he is unable to work.

Due to the income disparity and income potential disparity, this will probably mean that Fox is paying Green spousal support when the divorce is finalized. Fox has had a string of high-caliber movies, including the “Transformers” franchise, “Jennifer’s Body” and the “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles” franchise remakes.

The couple began dating in 2004 and married in 2010. They share two children, Noah, almost 3, and Bodhi, 18 months.
