Continuing her reign as America’s most effortless sweetheart, Jennifer Lawrence went to visit sick kids at Shriners Hospital for Children in Montreal during a recent break from filming “X-Men: Apocalypse.”

The 24-year-old Oscar-winner is all smiles in the series of photos posted on the hospital’s Facebook page. One photo shows Lawrence signing a cast, another shows her posed with a group of hospital staff and patients and another shows her hugging a young patient in a wheelchair.

“A very special visitor stopped by our Canada hospital today,” reads the caption for the photos on the Shriners Hospital Facebook page. “Jennifer Lawrence is in Montreal filming a new movie and she made time to visit some of our ‪#‎ShrinersCanada‬ kids and staff. Everyone had a great time!”

While “X-Men: Apocalypse” is said to be Lawrence’s last contractually-obligated appearance in the franchise as shapeshifting mutant Mystique, she told Entertainment Weekly she might appear in more “X-Men” movies.

“There is hope,” she said. “I don’t want to not be asked.”
