Kim Kardashian and Kanye West welcomed their second child, and first son, on Sunday, Dec. 6.
Like daughter North, they haven’t shared the baby’s name publicly just yet — and according to a source from People, the Kardashian-Wests have not decided on a name for their new baby yet. Nope, those rumors about there being a “Kanye West, Jr.” or “Easton West” are just that — rumors.
But when last asked, Kardashian wasn’t nervous about not having a name picked out. “We didn’t name [North] for like seven days,” Kim told People before she went into labor. “I feel like [the baby boy’s name] will just come to us.”
According to another People source, Kanye was even less likely to spill about the new baby’s possible name. “He never said anything about the name. Even if they had one picked out, he wasn’t going to share it,” the anonymous person “close to West” tells the magazine.
One thing that has been suggested by People and Hollywood Life is the baby’s middle name will be Robert, as a tribute to Kardashian’s late father. Even though her younger brother has the name, none of Kardashian’s nephews (or nieces) from sister Kourtney Kardashian have used “Robert” yet, so it could be a touching tribute.
