The Internet was a-buzz Monday (March 7) when Kim Kardashian posted a nude photo of herself to Twitter, joking that this is what happens when you have nothing to wear.

There were some celebrities who noticed the to-do and tweeted their displeasure. Singer Bette Midler joked that to see a part of Kardashian the world has never seen, she’s “gonna have to swallow the camera,” which was retweeted by actress Chloe Grace Moretz.

Moretz also added her own comment to Kardashian’s photo, telling the “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” star to consider teaching young women they have so much more to offer than their bodies.

Journalist and TV personality Piers Morgan offered to buy the “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” star some clothes, to which Kardashian responds, “Never offer to buy a married woman clothes. thats on some ashley madison type s***.”

Kardashian then went on a Twitter rant Monday night that looked reminiscent of her husband Kanye West’s recent antics, throwing shade and basically saying she’s laughing all the way to the bank.

Kardashian followed it up with another nude selfie captioned “liberated,” to which sister Kylie says, “Kim is a legend.”

In yet another chapter to this bizarre feud, Morgan followed up his snarky tweet with a column where he asks Kardashian to now prove she can be famous without tweeting nude selfies.

Morgan says Kardashian is a 35-year-old mother of two young children and perhaps stunts like this are because she’s jealous of her younger sister, runway model Kendall Jenner.

“It’s hard to escape the creeping suspicion that this new frenzied and frankly rather desperate attempt to ‘break the internet’ is happening because other younger members of her family have been grabbing all the scantily-clad attention recently, notably half-sister 20-year-old Kendall ‘Instagram Queen’ Jenner,” writes Morgan.
