It looks like One Direction’s next breakout solo artist is going to be Mr. Harry Styles, as he has registered four new songs with the American Society of Composers, Authors, and Publishers, according to E! Online.
The 21-year-old British heartthrob is making it clear that he’s his own man during this One Direction hiatus. The songs registered so far are titled “Already Home,” “Coco,” “Endlessly” and “5378 Miles,” and all of them have Styles down as both co-writer and performer, with no other 1D members listed. So if fans were hoping for Niall Horan to show up as a collaborator, it’s not happening. Or it’s just not happening, yet!
All the boys will predictably break out on their own during this 1D hiatus. Liam Payne is already writing music with his Irish boy band, HomeTown, and it will only be a matter of time before Horan starts churning out his own jams.
It’s hard to believe it’s only been a month and half since the band released their fifth album, “Made in the A.M.” but fans definitely won’t be waiting long before new songs from the boys are released.
