Paul McCartney

Surely somebody’s going to get fired over this. While attempting to get into Tyga’s post-Grammys part Monday (Feb. 15), Paul McCartney was denied entrance twice.

While you might think it’s a federal law that a Beatle is allowed into anything at any time, it turns out that’s simply not the case. McCartney, who was joined by Beck and Foo Fighters drummer Taylor Hawkins, attempted to enter the nightclub Argyle, when they were held back by security, TMZ reports.

A video of the incident shows McCarney joking, “How VIP do we gotta get? We need another hit.”

At least the night wasn’t over for the trio of musicians. After realizing they had no chance at Tyga’s party, they headed over to the Republic Records shindig, where a good time was had by all.

All except Tyga, most likely. Wouldn’t you be upset after realizing you missed the chance to have a Beatle at your party? From the sound of it, he’s not too happy McCartney wasn’t let in.
