Soon after “Real Housewives of Orange County” viewers experienced the joy of Ryan Vieth becoming a father for the first time in turn making Tamra Judge a grandmother, life has taken a less than happy turn for Judge’s oldest son.
Us Weekly reports Monday (July 20) Vieth was arrested on suspicion of domestic violence charges June 28 after a drunk fight with the mother of his 5-month-old daughter Ava, Sarah Rodriguez.
Rodriguez called 911 from a neighbor’s home in Rancho Santa Margarita, Calif. late at night on June 27 reporting that Vieth had hit her and her finger was possibly broken. On the call she also mentioned there were many firearms in the couple’s home. Although Vieth was arrested because of the incident, he posted bond and was released the same day.
Fans of the Bravo show may remember the couple had rocky beginnings with Judge not approving of their quick engagement after meeting on Instagram. When Judge found out she was becoming a grandmother she changed her tune with Rodriguez and their supportive friendship has been chronicled on the 10th season of the series.
Judge took to her Instagram Monday (July 20) to thank fans for their support and remind them not to make quick judgments on the things reported about her son’s arrest.

Thank you for all the positive messages. There are Two sides to every story! What radar onLie didn't report was: everything was DISMISSED. No CHARGES No violence No injuries. They are still together going through counseling with pastor Mike. They are very hurt that someone would tip off the press and give quotes that are not true. We ask for your prayers 🙏 not your judgment. 😔 #AvaRyan
