Not content to be making daily headlines from her showstopping “1989” tour and all the guest stars and new “BFF Squad” members who keep popping up along the way, Taylor Swift is in the news again Monday (Aug. 24) after sharing a 15-second tease of her new video, “Wildest Dreams.”
The carefully-crafted teaser features quick glimpses of what looks to be an expansive, epic video. There’s a lot going on in that 15 seconds, all of which is at first played backwards/in reverse and then played in forward-moving real time. In the blink-and-you-miss-something teaser, you see: Swift’s eyeball, horses, zebras running wild, a biplane ride at sunset, a bird mid-flight and some touchy-feely canoodling with actor Scott Eastwood, youngest son of Hollywood legend Clint Eastwood.
It is, in a word, pretty dreamy. (Pun totally intended).
Swift’s “Wildest Dreams” music video will have its worldwide broadcast premiere during the MTV Video Music Awards pre-show on Sunday, Aug. 30 at 8 p.m. ET/PT.
