After an eery 1920s themed dance number, Eddie Redmayne introduced a mysterious new trailer for "Fantastic Beasts and Where To Find Them" at the 25th annual MTV Movie Awards.

The trailer hints at a friendship between Newt Scamander (Eddie Redmayne) and Albus Dumbledore as well as Scamander's expulsion from Hogwarts.

His journey takes him to New York City, where a quick "muggle-worthy" switch allows his case to pass customs despite the hidden "livestock" inside.

Also featured in the trailer are Scamander's partner in crime Porpentina Goldstein (Katherine Waterston) and Percival Graves (Colin Firth), the right-hand-man of the United States' magical governing body.

The trailer also hosts several impressive shots of various 1920s locations in New York City and the various magical shenanigans that occur there.

The final segment of the trailer is a wickedly cool shot of Scamander stepping into his case -- as all magical compartments in "Harry Potter" seem to be vastly bigger on the inside -- and motioning for Dan Fogler's character, Jacob Kowalski, to join him on a magical journey inside.

"Fantastic Beasts and Where To Find Them" premieres November 18, 2016.
